Compass Phoenix Service for children and young people launches in North Yorkshire

A new integrated mental health and wellbeing service for children and young people – jointly commissioned by North Yorkshire County Council and NHS North Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (also on behalf of Bradford and Craven CCG and Vale of York CCG) has launched across North Yorkshire.

Compass Phoenix – named after extensive consultations with young clients – offers an integrated service for the nearly 400 schools and colleges, including academies and private schools.

The new service amalgamates the work of Compass Buzz and Compass Reach mental health and wellbeing services which have operated successfully in England’s largest county since 2017.
