Our providers and services we commission
NHS North Yorkshire CCG works with a range of other NHS organisations to deliver local health services like hospital diagnostics, treatments and ambulances.
They include our main hospital trusts:
- South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
- Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust
- York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
Ambulance services are provided mainly by Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
Mental health services in North Yorkshire are mostly provided by Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust.
The Contract Monitoring Board meets on a regular basis with providers and monitors performance against indicators that are mandated through NHS England and with the NHS Constitution.
The Quality and Performance Team provide an overview of the Quality and Outcomes to the Governing Body on a quarterly basis.
The main focus of the report continues to be related to NHS constitution standards and the Outcomes Framework and starts with summaries of performance relating to the Improvement and Assessment Framework (IAF).
