Just click onto the link https://digital.nhs.uk/data-and-information/data-tools-and-services/tools-for-accessing-data/deployment-and-utilisation-progress-data. The eRD Practice Data is on page 4 of 7 and you can select your Region, your CCG, and your individual Practice. The data is not real time and there is a lag, but it is updated monthly so please monitor your progress.
