Cancer Advice Line for Harrogate patients

In light of the Coronavirus pandemic Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust have launched a Cancer Advice Line for cancer patients in Harrogate and their families and carers.

This advisory line signposts callers to specific information and address queries. It is staffed on a rota basis by administrative and nursing staff so that it has clinical oversight every day.

The telephone number is 01423 557964 and colleagues are available 9am-12pm and 1-4pm Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Outside of these hours there will be a voicemail message to advise callers that if it is an emergency they should contact NHS 111 or call 999, and if they’ve developed symptoms from their cancer treatment to contact the Acute Oncology Helpline on 01423 555444.
