If you think your child has missed any of their school age vaccinations (HPV, Meningitis, Diptheria, Polio, Tetanus and/or MMR) Please call Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust on on 01423 553115 or email hdft.childhood.immunisations@nhs.net to book an appointment at one of their summer clinics.
